What types of precision molds do you have
We have precision progressive die, single stamping die, stretching die, Fine stamping die, Transfer die, composite die, Mold life can be guaranteed more than 1 million times, we make the mold according to customer technical requirement standard.
How long does it take you to manufacture the precision stamping die
Ordinary stamping die usually takes 10 working days, If customers have special technical requirements, it normally takes 20-25 working days.
Do you have the ability to manufacture sophisticated surface treatments
We are proficient in different kinds of surface treatment technology such as UV, IMD, IML, PVD, passivation, electroplate, hard anodizing, powder coating, painting, laser engraving, Color electrophoresis etc.......Meanwhile, we also cooperate with well-known professors from Shenzhen University, Sun Yat-sen University, Peking University and Southern University of Science and Technology to study the technological innovation of metal raw materials and the application of surface treatment technology.
